Information You Transfer

The Command PhoneApp collects information that you input, provide, and transfer through cellular connectivity, to be processed by your Company using Command provided SaaS Compliance.
The types of information you enter and transfer depend on how you use the PhoneApp. Your Company requires certain information to deliver SaaS Services.

Information You Provide

  • Your Account Information You must provide your mobile phone number and basic information to create a user account with your employer Company. You can add other information to your account as your employer Company requires.
  • Your Data We do not have access to your data in the ordinary course of providing our Services to your Company. Your data are transferred by cellular connection and stored on hosting services by your Company. We offer end-to-end encryption for our Services. End-to-end encryption means that your messages are encrypted to protect against us and third parties from reading them.
  • Customer Support And Other Communications When you contact us for customer support you may provide us with information related to your use of our Services, including information you deem helpful, and how to contact you. You may send us an email with information relating to app performance or other issues.
  • Device And Connection Information We collect device and connection-specific information when you use our Services. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, signal strength, app version, mobile network, connection information (including phone number, mobile operator or ISP), language and time zone, IP address, device operations information, and identifiers.
  • We Use Information We use information we have (subject to choices you make and applicable law) to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services. Here's how:
